Colorful rosé in the typical Languedoc style with lots of ripe red fruit on the nose. In addition to raspberries and red currants, also some plums and white chocolate. A lovely melt on the palate, not only charmingly fruity but also pleasantly herbal: dried sage and rosemary provide additional complexity. Lots of body and a lot of power, yet very catchy and versatile as a food accompaniment. From the 2022 vintage with new, elegant equipment.
