Beef consommé.PALATE A clear and resolute palate, malt and toast. Generous, sweet fruit. The sweet American oak envelops the dark fruit core and encloses everything the wine contains. As the wood notes break open, custard, goji berries, dates and a creamy chocolate malt note are released. Oregano, hazelnut and cinnamon spice up the palate. Structurally, the wine spreads out rather than focusing on a finish. The tannins are distinctive and the palate is resolute.
