The Parras discovered a very special rarity in the hinterland of the extensive La Mancha region. As you drove by, so to speak, huge and very old vines suddenly caught your eye. This is the Viña los Toribios parcel which they now own. It is planted with old vines from before the phylloxera plague! Various grape varieties such as Pardilla, Malvasia, Bobal, Churriaga, Desgrana and mainly the red, very rare Moravia variety have been thriving here for well over a hundred years. Now the first wine is coming onto the market. A beguiling scent of cassis and sour cherries fills the air. Complex on the palate, profound and yet very soft and gentle. A very fine wine that is a little awe-inspiring because of its origin and the age of the vines.
