This rich, warm-hearted Jumilla made of 100% Monastrell comes from Pablo's newest field of experimentation. The 200 hectare Finca el Omillo was already producing wine in Roman times. She is currently experiencing the transition from organic to biodynamic. A dense, inviting wine with dark fruit, fine notes of exotic spices and pleasant tannins typical of the Monastrell variety.
