Macán is made only from Tempranillo grapes. These grapes come from a meticulous selection of ripe plots located on high terraces with poor, gravelly soils of a clayey-calcareous nature. The wine was aged in French barrels (50% new) and a 4,000 liter foudre for sixteen months. Macan
