Typicality and full minerality. Powerful and balanced. This Ribera del Duero specimen matures in malolactic fermentation for 3 months with weekly agitation of the bâtonnage and remains in fresh French oak barrels for 15 months and in the bottle for at least another 6 months.

áster was from La Rioja Alta, S.A. founded in 1989. Vineyards located in Burgos, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero growing area. Unique terroir of 87 hectares at an altitude of 800 meters. All wines of the winery are hand-bottled every six months by candlelight.
