The Syrah grapes grow on the oldest, smallest Syrah vineyard, Block 6, of the Stark-Condé Farm. The focus of this Syrah is on texture and mouthfeel. Floral notes with a hint of pepper tickle the nose. The palate is velvety with a long, elegant finish. There is also a wonderful balance between power and elegance due to the 22-month aging in French oak barrels.
