The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and mashed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine is then stored in 35% new French oak barrels and 65% in second and third occupancy French oak barrels. After 16 months of aging, the wines made from Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Petit Verdot grapes are tasted and the assemblage is made. Complex nose of pomegranate, cassis, cherry and spices. Fine-grained tannins in the mouth and a subtle balance of fruit, spicy elements and well-integrated acidity.
