This Cabernet is a wonderful blend of New World fruit flavors and the elegance of old-world wines. The grapes were hand-picked, fermented in steel tanks, and 5% of the wine is aged in new American oak barrels, 15% in older oak barrels, and the remainder in oak barrels, all for 12 months. A great "easy drinking" wine that pairs perfectly with rosemary-flavored dishes, poultry, and dark meat.
