The Fiscal Shrike (Jan Fiskaal) is a small black and white bird that is a not uncommon sight in the M.A.N vineyards. An elegant, classic Merlot with a fine plum aroma and delicate tannins. With a palate of slightly earthy but soft notes as well as hints of dark chocolate and blueberries.
