A red highlight of Stellenbosch from the northwestern slopes of the Helderberg, the “Médoc of Stellenbosch”. The wine was aged in French barriques and has an expressive bouquet of wild berries, cassis and spices. Full-bodied on the palate with fine tannins, good depth and nice extract. The finale is elegant and long, as you would expect from Boekenhoutskloof.
