The grapes come from 4 hillside vineyards in the Franschhoek Valley. The wine matured in French barriques for 22 months. Very refined and polished on the palate, with the ripe red fruits on the nose accompanied by a delicate garrigue character. Notes of lavender and thyme, precision and delicacy as well as very fine-grained, powdery tannins make this wine a very classic Cabernet.
