Fermentation takes place in open concrete tanks, accompanied by gentle daily pump-overs for careful extraction. The wine then matures for 18 months in 225-liter French oak barrels. A classic Cabernet Sauvignon, perfectly executed. The nose offers aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, and tea leaves, accentuated by fine sandalwood and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. On the palate, it is balanced and structured, with fine tannins that provide tension and longevity. A pronounced graphite core runs through the wine, lending it depth and precision, while the fine acidity ensures freshness. A wine of great concentration and finesse.
