A precursor to the famous "Onion Bottle" of 1692, it pays tribute to a formative era in the history of port wine. The engraved "4XX" symbol refers to Taylor's oldest known trademark and underscores the brand's deep roots in its long tradition.

The wine is sourced from carefully selected, long-aged Tawny Reserves and combines all the depth, warmth, and aromatic complexity for which Taylor's is famous. The blend of different cask ages results in a harmonious, smooth port with a long, powerful finish.
