The grapes are handpicked for the Reserva. After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, the wine moves to malolactic fermentation in barriques made from French Allier oak, from there after 12 months in the bottle. Opulent aroma of dark fruits, subtly reminiscent of raisins with spicy notes and dark chocolate, pleasant maturity with barrique aromas that perfectly support the overall impression.
