Syrah is an international grape variety known for its spicy notes. Bosco del Merlo interprets this with great elegance. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in the last days of September. Maceration is followed by aging in wood barriques with the aim of allowing the original tannins to mature without removing them from the wood, which gives the wine softness.

The result is an intense red wine with garnet reflections. The scent has notes of red fruits, such as blackcurrant jam or sour cherry. Nice and fresh, with a hint of licorice.
