SISTER MOON was the first wine composition by Sting and Trudie. Even at the start of the then young winery, it was clear how much potential and know-how was in the whole project. Nevertheless, Sting, Trudie and their team took their time until this first wine really met their requirements and only then went public. The nose alone reveals the greatness of the wine. Black cherries, light notes of tobacco and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, a fine, spicy note and a little chocolate. The wonderful juiciness of the wine was a style-defining feature and has now become a trademark for the winery.
