SISTER MOON was Sting and Trudie's first wine composition. Even at the start of the then still young winery, it became clear how much potential and know-how there was in the whole project. Nevertheless, Sting and Trudie and their team took their time until this first wine really met their requirements, and only then did they go public. Even the nose reveals the size of the wine. Black cherries, light notes of tobacco and a hint of vanilla. A fine, spicy note and some chocolate on the palate. The wonderful juiciness of the wine was style-defining and has meanwhile become, so to speak, a trademark for the winery.
