This cuvée presents itself in a dark Bordeaux red, which matures for 14 months in 60% new French barriques and after the “marriage” for one year in the bottle. Its lush bouquet is reminiscent of chocolate, tobacco and cassis. On the palate the ‘Salamartano’ is full and has a great structure.
