On many wineries it is the decent but simple wines that are made without the addition of sulfur. Andrea Oberto succeeds in doing this with this really multi-layered Rosso. Very independent nose with slate character and truffles, velvety and spicy in the mouth with impressive length and great structure. Uncompromising enjoyment of wine without sulfur, it is allowed to mature a little.
