The "Terrapieno" vineyards possess a unique characteristic within the Valle d'Itria. The topsoil consists of the typical fertile red earth of Apulia, while the bottom layer is composed of cold limestone. This combination gives the vines strength and freshness and keeps the root temperature perfectly balanced with the already special microclimate of the Valle d'Itria. Color: Ruby red.
