Chiara Boschis presses the Nebbiolo from grapes from newly planted vineyards in the Barolo community of Monforte called Le Coste and Ravera. After classic mash fermentation, the wine is aged in second and third French barriques for around twelve months. A powerful and complex wine that is reminiscent of a Barolo in all its features. Color: dense garnet red. Fragrance: typical Nebbiolonase with berries, cherries and flowers. Text Taste: strong and full, velvety, harmonious but present tannins.
