The entry at Pesollilo is at the same time the backbone of the winery as a very classic representative of its kind. In Germany it would be called Gutswein. The expansion takes place exclusively in steel tanks, so it retains its wonderful fruitiness. Lots of sour cherries and red currants on the nose, hints of spices and lots of juice on the palate. Pretty catchy.
