A lot of color in the glass. A deep ruby red with almost black reflections. In the first nose tar, kola nut, Brazilian tobacco, dark chocolate and brown bread, also a bit animalistic. Very complex. Elderberries and blueberries: the fruity side only becomes fully apparent with plenty of aeration. Black pepper, cloves and mint on the palate. Still pretty closed at the moment, almost serious. The high, still youthful acidity and the still very compact tannin structure promise a lot of potential.
