This delicately fruity wine consists of fully ripe Dolcetto grapes that come from the wonderful single vineyard Piani Noce. Marco ages it for about 3 months in used Barolo Bussia barriques. Parusso is certainly one of the best winemakers in Piedmont. Robert Parker even considered this Dolcetto to be one of the best wines in Italy in terms of price and performance. Color: deep ruby red. Fragrance: very fine and very fruity, hints of cassis and raspberries. Taste: juicy and velvety, very fruity on the palate, perfectly balanced.
