This flattering Dolcetto comes from the top Ginestra vineyard near Monforte. The vines are grown on calcareous and clayey marl in the Guyot system. The manual harvest is followed by mash fermentation for 3-5 days to extract color and flavors, after which further expansion takes place in stainless steel tanks. Color: crimson red with violet reflections. Fragrance: hints of cassis and sour cherries. Taste: smooth, velvety
