In the top vintage of 2015, after careful examination and tasting of all 7 sites, we selected the Cru Fiore del Vento. Extremely fine, complex bouquet of blueberries, Sumatra tobacco and cassis. Lots of extract sweetness on the palate, cool minerality and some coffee. The perfect use of wood and just the right ripeness of the fruit round off the whole thing perfectly. Good storage potential!
