Chiara Boschis attaches great importance to the production of this typical Piedmontese grape variety. The vineyard was planted in 1981 in the top “Liste” location in the Barolo district. The Dolcetto is aged for around nine months in used barriques (3rd use), which gives it additional depth and complexity. Nevertheless, it is an uncomplicated, easy-drinking red wine that goes well with a variety of dishes. Text Color: Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Fragrance: red berries, violets, cherries. Taste: fruity, nice freshness and mouth-fullness.
