The grape variety Agiorgitiko is one of the oldest in the world and is probably the most common Greek red wine variety. The character is intensely colored with velvety tannins and aromas of cherries and currants. Here, too, red fruits such as sour cherries and cassis dominate the nose. Juicy and powerful on the palate with a hint of cedar wood and ripe blackberries. The tannins are soft and supple.
