On the nose, roasted notes, morello cherry, cassis, vanilla, cocoa, baked yeast cake and earth. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with backbone and shoulder, but elegant and above all deep, slightly melting vanilla in the mouth with chocolate-covered cherry, roasted notes, rooibos, cassis and a slightly ethereal note, a fine sweetness emerges and underlies the aromas, lively and youthful, velvety tannins, long finish with chocolate cherry, cassis, roasted notes and rooibos and increasingly rich in extract.
