The first nose of the Palatinate Pinot Noir shows aromas of plums, blackberries and black cherries. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by even more fruity-balsamic nuances. This red wine is ideal for all wine drinkers who like it dry. However, it never appears barren or brittle, but rather round and supple. This silky and fleshy red wine is balanced and complex on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the wine has a pleasant mouthfeel without lacking in freshness. In the finish it finally impresses with good length. There are again hints of blackcurrant and blackberry in the aftertaste.
