The grapes for this SANKT VEIT dry red wine are Cabernet Cubin, Cabernet Dorsa and Acolon. The grapes for this red wine cuvée come from very yield-reduced plants. The grapes of our SANKT VEIT dry red wine have traditionally been fermented on the mash, which is reflected in a balanced body. The composition of different red wines presents powerful, multi-layered and memorable aromas of ripe, red, dark fruits and complex tannins. The quiet maturity of up to 24 months in oak barrels gives the palate a long-lasting and impressive finish. The grapes of our SANKT Veit series were expanded in four expressive variants: the quality wines Cabernet Cubin dry, dry red and dry Riesling and a German Prädikatswein Samtrot Auslese. The grapes grow on old vines in the best locations, where they could enjoy the most hours of sunshine during the wine year and where the soil harmonizes well with the cultivated grape varieties. The optimal reading time guarantees a pure and authentic and full bodied bouquet. All this gives the SANKT VEIT wines a distinctive and intense character. All SANKT VEIT wines are made with a lot of craftsmanship and great experience typical of the variety and partly matured in oak barrels.
