The nose impresses with an abundance of ripe fruit: cornelian cherry, blackberry, sloe, some cassis and plum compote. A light smokiness with delicate notes of toasted wood, white pepper and cinnamon. An aromatic intensity in perfect balance! On the palate, the wine shows itself with impressive, velvety fullness. Dark cherry juice, plum and again blackberry and cassis. Extremely full-bodied, dense, with wonderful balance and depth. Impressive length with some liquorice in the aftertaste. Still clearly characterized by tannin, but still velvety thanks to the powerful fruit structure.
