The elegantly integrated tannins glide purposefully across the tongue, revealing a complex character. The grapes for the GROSSES HOLZ series are uncompromisingly high-quality, fully ripe, and healthy, and are traditionally fermented on the skins. This series includes the quality wines Lemberger dry, Cuvée du Patron dry, Merlot dry, and Riesling dry. Careful aging in the cellar and subsequent maturation of up to nine months in large oak barrels lend these wines their distinctive, passionate character and delicate beauty.
