The GLANCE BIG WOOD Cuvée du Patron dry is a composition of our cellar master, in which well-known red wines play their role well: Lemberger, Acolon, Merlot and Syrah. This wine is an own, absolutely non-copyable personality with rich taste, wonderfully integrated tannin and a polished brilliance of red fruits. Here you can feel the pure sensuality in which one likes to immerse the taste buds. The grapes for the GRANTSCHEN BIG WOOD series are uncompromisingly high-quality, fully ripe, healthy and are traditionally fermented on the mash. To this series belong the quality wines Trollinger dry, Trollinger with Lemberger dry, Lemberger dry, Cuvée du Patron dry, Riesling dry and as German predicate wine the Lemberger Spätlese dry. The careful expansion in the cellar and a subsequent maturing period of up to nine months in a large oak barrel lend these wines their special, passionate character and their filigree beauty.
