The finest variant of our Pinot Noir wines is dedicated to the middle daughter of the house: Charlotte. In order to obtain such an intense Pinot Noir, an extreme reduction in yield is essential, because no grape variety refuses to show its most beautiful face as vehemently as the diva Pinot Noir. And even with a minimum yield of 35 hl/ha, it requires continuous attention and targeted manual work in the vineyard until only the best, healthy grapes are finally harvested. With a long mash fermentation to extract color, aroma and tannin, we preserved all the beauties of the Pinot Noir grapes in the must and later in the wine. An impressive depth of color then seduces us to take our first sip.
