This cuvée is characterized by aromas of black currant, wild berries, light red cherries, smoke with herbal notes and a hint of cocoa. The well-structured tannins and the fine acidity enliven the medium-bodied, juicy wine. Very dry and increasingly rich in extracts, it goes into the long finale with a remarkable aftertaste. This red wine goes perfectly with hearty dishes with dark meat such as goose breast or lamb.
