Achkarrer Schlossberg: Pinot Noir plots in this historic location are characterized by black volcanic soil (tephrite) and require a lot of manual work due to their nature. The wine reveals smoky-mineral cherry fruit and subtle nutty wood spice, accompanied by aromas of cloves and white pepper.
