Color: Dense, shiny cherry red. Fragrance: Strong bouquet of ripe sour cherries, red and black berries (currants, blackberries, raspberries), earth, spices, vanilla and some smoke.

Taste: Juicy and full-bodied with the strength and structure that is always surprising for a Gamay wine but is characteristic of Jadot's Moulin-à-Vent, the firm, aromatic tannin, the hearty spice and juicy fruit of the bouquet, all of this elegantly underlined with mineral notes also slightly metallic notes (iron), long and persistent in the finale with promising potential.
