Les Ruches is probably the clearest and most direct expression of our terroir in the Terrasses du Larzac. The traditional grape varieties Carignan, Mourvèdre and Grenache prove to us every year that they are in the ideal location. Thanks to the new plantings, we have been able to supplement them with a little Syrah since the 2018 vintage.
