Third wine Château Calon-Ségur

An integral part of the Calon Ségur family, the third wine has a freshness and fruitiness suitable for immediate consumption. It comes mainly from the winery's young vines with a balanced blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Formerly known as La Chapelle de Calon and from the 2019 vintage with a new name "Le C de Calon Ségur".

Very fragrant with an earthy, spicy blackberry note, along with laurel and nuances of licorice and violet. On the palate blackberries, black currants, hints of marzipan, chocolate and tar. Excellent balance between acidity and tannin.
