The difference in quality to the simple Bourgogne rouge is easy to understand. Filigree, the bouquet is reminiscent of red fruits and jam, with delicate hints of toast and roasted almonds. The soft tannins gently line the mouth and blend harmoniously into the complex, fruity overall impression. Its quality is already evident today, without a long storage period, which is a bit risky for some Burgundies.
