In France, Jaja is the name given to the small house wine, the drink that is enjoyed every day. Château de Jau translates it into Mediterranean drinking pleasure in the cheerful bottle design by the artist Ben Vautier.

The grapes for the single-variety Jaja Syrah come from selected terroirs in the south of France. They are harvested when they are optimally ripe, completely destemmed, mashed in concrete or stainless steel tanks and carefully fermented. The wine remains in contact with the berry skins for at least three to five weeks in order to extract the silky tannins and intense, deep purple color pigments.

On the palate, powerful, juicy and full-bodied, yet gently structured and harmonious, with aromas of red berries, violets, fine liquorice spice and elegant mineral notes in the finish.
