In France, Jaja is called the little house wine, the popular drink for every day. Château de Jau translates it into Mediterranean drinking pleasure in the cheerful bottle design by artist Ben Vautier.

The grapes for the pure Jaja Syrah come from selected terroirs in the south of France. They are picked at optimal ripeness, completely destemmed, mashed in concrete or stainless steel tanks and carefully fermented. The wine remains in contact with the berry skins for at least three to five weeks to extract the silky tannins and intense, deep purple color pigments.

Powerful, juicy and full-bodied on the palate, yet gently structured and harmonious, with aromas of red berries, violets, fine licorice spice and elegant mineral notes in the finish.
