"La Maison Bleue", more ruby red in color than purple, shows intense notes of blackberries and cherries, from a typical English Christmas pudding with the scent of orange peel, ginger, cinnamon and allspice. On the palate, the Hermitage is initially extremely fine and elegant, then, after a short time, power and depth flow into this Hermitage. The wine is already in a fantastic balance and ends with a salty minerality and fine tannins.
