Typical Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits. It has a slightly animalistic flavour with aromas of forest floor and blackcurrant. Gripping on the palate with clearly noticeable tannins and a fine acid structure. The new wood content of 35% ensures a fine roasted aroma and gives the wine a stable structure. Needs time to develop its full potential.
