The Domaine's deep-rooted vines were able to benefit from the large amount of rain in the spring of 2020 in what was again a very dry summer. Jacqueline André's meticulous vineyard work is paying off once again. The vines, which are on average 65 years old and come from more than ten different varieties, delivered healthy and ripe harvests. The aromatic nose is characterized by sour cherries, red currants, roses and violets. Compared to the previous vintage, there are fewer dark aromas and more red fruit components. The palate is impressed by the finesse and complexity of the various aromas and components. Silky, fresh tannins and a fantastic length round off the whole thing. A wine with great potential.
