Lots of sweet tobacco, stone, blackberry and currant on the nose. On the palate, it is full and compact with very polished tannins, but solid and robust, running the length and breadth of the wine. Energetic acidity. Very structured and powerful, yet agile and impressive. Historic feel. From biodynamically grown grapes. This wine needs at least six years of bottle ageing to soften.
