It does not reveal anything aggressive, but rather a wonderful ripeness, which is perceived in the form of a veritable cloud of black cherry scent. A subtle hint of cassis and sweet mulberry accompany this intense fragrance explosion, followed by nuances of elderberry, light licorice and a hint of light chocolate. The focus in the taste experience is much more on red fruit than on black fruit, which plays around the palate, sticks and doesn't seem to want to end. The flavor composition presents itself with an abundance of morello cherries, raspberries and strawberries. The high intensity of the wine is accompanied by a subtle note of blackthorn and has a piquant finish.
