Château Duhart Milon is a perfect example of a classic Pauillac. Deep dark color with purple shimmer. In the bouquet, the wood tones first emerge, followed by beautiful notes of cedar, red fruits, tobacco and spices. On the palate, the wine shows a lot of finesse and freshness. It impresses with its beautiful structure, density and a long finish. Duhart Milon is very accessible after a few years, but it matures for decades. Serving suggestion: In the youth too short roasted or grilled meat (entrecôte), in the second ripe phase to stews and in the age with tertiary aromatic (forest soil, truffle, tobacco) to fine wildfowl or mushroom risotto.
