The Grand Vin of the Domaines d'Aussières. Only produced in small quantities. Has great density and depth and above all finesse. Château d'Aussières matures for 12-16 months in barriques, 40% of which are in new wood. Only grapes from the best plots are used.

The aromas of the south immediately appear on the nose. Herbs such as rosemary but also lavender in particular immediately make you want to eat similarly spiced dishes.
